Question
After Count Dooku and Yoda had a fight, Count forced down a pillar and Yoda was using the force to lift it, and Count ran. Why didn't he go and slice Yoda up instead?
Answer
Mainly because Count Dooku, believing himself to be even more powerful now that he was on the dark side, and of course getting cocky after beating Anakin & Obi Wan, actually thought that he could best Grand Master Yoda. Near the end of the fight, Dooku realized that he was no match for Yoda, so he made a distraction in order to make his escape. Thus bringing down the pillars, forcing Yoda's attention. Then he saw his chance, and made his run for it.
